Our cleaning and laundry services are available. We will be pleased to deal with your daily, weekly, monthly or one off requirements while you are in residence, or if the property is being rented out, take care of the change over.
Arrival Food Packs
We will be pleased to stock the fridge for your arrival. We offer a range of food packs ranging in price from € 20..
We can supply a food pack to your own specification, or a general product pack (milk, butter, eggs, etc)
Property Maintenance
Having operated on the Coast for many years we have established reliable contacts in all areas of Property Maintenance. This enables us to provide our clients with competitive rates and a high standard of workmanship. Properties under our management are continuously monitored for potential maintenance requirements and owners notified accordingly.
Building Service
In the case of extensions, pool construction, or major renovations, we have reliable builders and trades men with whom we have worked with many years and we can have drawings prepared and obtain all the necessary permissions required.
We have an in house expert who can supervise all aspects of the work.
Pool and Garden
We can arrange for our approved team of Gardeners and pool care people, who have proved competent and reliable over the years, to carry out weekly, monthly or one off services, to enable you to always have a tidy garden and a clean pool.
Emergency Repairs
Should emergency repairs, due to storm damage, burst pipes, burglaries etc, be required we are in position to act promptly, thus minimising the extent of damage.
Specialist Services
We can provide specialist services such as refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pumps, solar heating, sun shades, roofing, draining, floor polishing, chimney sweeping, alarm & safe installations etc., etc.

Inspection Service
After many years in the business of Property Management our procedures have been developed and streamlined based on day to day experiences. One area of service we place high on our list of priorities, is the regular inspection of clients properties. In our experience a weekly inspection during unoccupied periods is the optimum in terms of peace of mind and relative to cost efficiency.
During the weekly inspection the following are examined:
Availability of services i.e.electric, water, phone etc.
Evidence of any water leaks or water entering from neighboring properties.
Evidence of internal dampness.
Toilets are flushed and water is run in sinks, baths etc., to avoid smells and prevent the ball valves sticking.
All external doors and windows are inspected for signs of attempted entry.
Alarm system, where fitted, are seen to be in operation.
Mail where possible is collected and anything of apparent importance would be forwarded to the client.
The work of gardener / pool care personnel is monitored (private areas only).
General condition of the property and its security.
Any Emergency Repairs For example, as a result of break in or water damage would be carried out immediately and the property made secure, the owner would be informed of the full extent of damage.
Any less urgent matters, which come to light during our inspection, would be reported to you as soon as possible and supported by recommendations and quotes for their rectification.
